A short walk via public footpath to the Beach. Sleeps up to four if using Sofa bed in lounge area. Private Garden for your enjoyment. Within easy reach of The Norfolk Broads, Norwich City, Cromer and Great Yarmouth. Walking distance to two local Public Houses, both serve food. Sorry no pets allowed.

The barn conversion was lovely. Internal fixtures and fittings were of a high standard. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well. Kitchen was well equipped but pots and pans should be replaced as they were very scratched. The location was good as a base to travel from but not as close to beach or pubs as the information suggested.
