Santissima Annunziata holiday rentals

A charming little apartment in the heart of historic Florence. Living in a 16th century apartment was amazing with lovely view to the Duomo.

Family of 3 adults stayed in this beautiful apartment in Florence. The decor was very artistic and we loved being able to look over the rooftops of Florence. Kitchen had everything we needed and well stocked. The bedrooms were very spacious. Close to all amenities. We would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

We stayed for 2 nights in this apartment. Alessandro has gone out of his way to ensure that the guests feel welcome. He had thought of all the little things we could need, including wine and Italian cookies to welcome us, soap, shampoo and even clothes detergent for the washing machine. The apartment is quiet and in a beautiful building which was about a 30 min walk to all of the tourist attractions. It was also very clean (and I’m hard to please). There were air conditioners in every room, and fly screens on the windows. We had arranged to meet Alessandro to check in, but we were driving from the north and kept hitting unexpected traffic. Apple maps kept increasing and decreasing the time of our arrival and when we finally made it to Florence we got lost - we didn’t realise that Alessandro was waiting on the street outside the apartment for us- we felt terrible. Despite waiting so long for our arrival, Alessandro still had infinite patience to show us around the apartment and explain how everything worked in detail and answer all our questions. It was a pleasure to stay here and had a lovely charming vibe.

We had such a lovely stay at Sylvia’s place. The place was just as described and so comfortable for the four of us. Sylvia’s local tips were amazing and the check in and out were easy. Sylvia was a great communicator and was available to assist with additional questions or concerns. Would absolutely recommend staying here, thanks Sylvia!
