This maisonette offers sea views from the rear and the location is perfect for exploring all that the seaside town has to offer. Take advantage of two bedrooms, a spacious living room, cosy dining room, fully equipped kitchen and modern family bathroom.
The Space:
The lounge has a very pleasant aspect with comfortable sofas and window seat where you can sit and look at the view, read a book and relax in front of the TV for those cosy evenings. You will also find books and ornaments to add character to the space.
The maisonette has a spacious kitchen with everything you could need for self-catering and entertaining. From a granite island with chairs, brand new appliances and numerous items of cookware, you will find a well-equipped space.
The rear balcony is north facing and is the perfect place to sit in the day or morning with a cup of tea and admire the sea views in the distance as the sun rises.
A modern bathroom, featuring a bathtub with overhead shower creates space for lovely relaxing soaks after a hard day's exploring.
There are two bedrooms on the second floor: a king size and a bunk sleeping up to three guests. Plenty of storage space is available in chests of drawers in both bedrooms and a hairdryer is available too. Towels, shampoos and toilet rolls are provided.
