Large 3 bedroomed Apt. sleeps 7 in comfy beds. Plenty of room for two families.
This modern LARGE Sea View apartment is on the first floor up a wide staircase. Children are Welcome. Discounts for stays of five nights or more, please ask. All the beds are Comfortable. It has a large dining kitchen and separate lounge.
We supply bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels to make life that little bit easier.
There are 3 large bedrooms each with very comfortable King Beds plus one single bed in the family bedroom. All the beds are made up with quality linen APART FROM the SINGLE BED. If you want to use it, you need to bring a single duvet COVER, flat sheet and pillow case. We supply the duvet and pillow. You may also want to bring a towel for the child who uses it.
The apartment is very light and spacious with full gas central heating and FREE Wi-Fi.
The large dinning kitchen includes a dish washer American Style Fridge/Freezer with Wine Cooler (bottom right-hand door) a washing machine and a large eight-seater dining table.
The lounge comfortably seats seven as it is approximately 4.25m. 30m (22.5msq) a 47” TV and DVD player and free sat, because the normal TV reception in Whitby is poor.
The cleaning, laundry and towel hire price is shown separately as a one-off price per stay, therefore if you stay longer than two nights the over all price becomes progressively cheaper plus we off a 10% discount for weekly stays.
There is an excellent view of Whitby Football Grounds and some good sea views.
It has a large main bathroom with a bath and separate shower. There is en-suite shower room to main bedroom. An additional toilet and wash basin, making three toilets in all. A must for larger parties.
The apartment is superbly located for all of Whitby's many attractions and it is within walking distance of everything Whitby has to offer which is important as parking is difficult especially in high season.
It is about a ten min walk down the cliff path to the beach or just 200 yards to the free shutter bus (in season) at the old cliff lift. It is a five minutes’ walk to Whitby pavilion and Whitby leisure centre. You can walk to the centre of town in 10 minutes if you take the short cut through the archway/tunnel and down the steps, which is just passed the whale bones and it comes out at Harry’s bar and the Magpie restaurant. It is a five minutes’ drive to Whitby golf club.
PARKING
Luggage/groceries can be unloaded from the car at the door, so you don't have to carry it down the street.
Just 3 miles away there is an interesting Golf Course with a wooden bridge to the next part of the course.

Whitby is a very interesting place to visit and the location is an easy walk along the beach to the key attractions. Comfortable beds and plenty of seating space for our group of six adults.
Had a great stay, very clean and as detailed. In a great position and gave us parking which is an added bonus. Beds really comfy and nice towels and bedding too.
Spacious, clean apartment in a perfect location.
5 adults and 2 children stayed at this property which was perfect for a family weekend in Whitby. The location was a nice walk up out the centre in a quiet area.

Fantastic accommodation, want for nothing, beds very comfy, great location. We had 2 minor issues, one of which was not owners fault but people staying in apartment above but owner sorted these out in a very speedy manor.

Five of us stayed in this apartment over the Christmas period. The apartment is so spacious. It was clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. Fantastic location, easy to park and lovely surroundings and walks. Would highly recommend.
Stayed at a great apartment in whitby. Excellent location on westcliff. All rooms were a great size, with huge lounge area. Stayed as a family with 2 young boys (1.5 and 4yo) and we had a great stay. Fully equipped and comfy. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Thank you.

The bedroom with the sea view couldnt open the window as it was locked made a noisey sound with the wind as was woken up many times from the residents shouting in the front yard in the middle of the nite other than that we had a nice stay cooker wasnt cleaned and few utensils was musky when we got them out of the draw

We found it clean, spacious and comfortable with excellent facilities.Located on the west cliff with a sea view, and only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Whitby, it was ideally placed for exploring the town and all its attractions by foot. Street parking worked very well. We hope to return.
Lovely clean property and it was very spacious. It had everything we needed and was in a good location. Close to the beach and Pavillion. Then just a short walk into town. Would recommend.

There is always something happening in Whitby and it is an interesting town to visit even if the weather is not good. This property is a pleasure to stay in, at any time of the year. It has a lovely view of the sea from the front. It has very big rooms with two bathrooms and three toilets. It is an easy walk to the town centre.
