Villa Petradi 1, is a modern newly built villa on the main road with easy access to Skala. The decor inside is modern and clean. There is limited view from the poolside but an ok view from the balcony upstairs, but the road can be quite noisy. The outside pool area and gardens are well maintained and clean, though the tiles can be slippy when wet. The Villa is surrounded by wasteland covered in rubble on one side, and the other side was a building site. The showers in both rooms were not fit for purpose and flooded bathroom each time they were used. Kitchen cupboards were so high up you could’t reach the top shelf and cupboard above cooker had wires exposed, with the ends covered in tape! Drying facilities very poor, with a small rack poorly placed right out side of back door at head height for a child, to walk in too.
