This newly built cosy villa is ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids! The villa has one bedroom, one bathroom and 2 extra people can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room. The villa also has kitchen, BBQ and private pool and is close to the beautiful endless organised beach of Ai Giannis and very close to the historical city center!

WE HAVE 3 IDENTICAL SMALL VILLAS AND WE WILL HOST YOU IN ONE OF THEM, ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY!


Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
