𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲:

Greenhaven sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms, including a downstairs bedroom and two en-suites, plus a separate downstairs toilet with a shower. Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living space makes it easy to spend time together, with everything you need for relaxed group stays.

There’s a smart TV, games consoles, board games and fast Wi-Fi throughout. The dining table even converts into a pool table. Outside, you’ll have a private garden and decking with lake views, an outdoor dining area and a BBQ, ideal for easy meals and time in the fresh air.

𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:

You’ll have full use of the house, the enclosed lakefront decking, the outdoor dining area and the BBQ. The decking has direct access to the lake, and private parking is right outside the property. You’ll also have access to shared facilities across the estate, including tennis courts, games room, playgrounds and fishing lakes.

Check in from 4PM and check out by 10AM. You can arrive at your own pace with self check-in via key box, just give us a call if you have any issues.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱:

Set within the beautiful Cotswold Lakes, you’re surrounded by over 180 lakes, woodland trails and quiet village lanes. The landscape feels open, green and peaceful in every direction. It's the perfect space to be active and explore, ideal for cycling, paddle-boarding, or just walking and enjoying the abundant wildlife and fresh air.

South Cerney is only a few minutes away and is one of the area’s most established villages. Think traditional stone cottages, small, friendly shops, lovely pubs and delightful cafés. Tree-lined lanes and village greens all lead directly towards scenic lakeside routes, so nature’s nearby even when you’re shopping.

Cirencester is about 10-15 minutes by car and offers boutique shopping, restaurants, markets, and a rich sense of history. Kemble Station is also close, with direct trains into London, making this spot practical for quick weekend visits as well as longer stays.

𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱:

A car is ideal for exploring the surrounding villages and lakes. That said, Kemble Station (direct trains from London) is just 7 miles away, and the 51 bus runs by the entrance of lake to Cirencester and Swindon. Once you arrive, walking and cycling are great ways to enjoy the peaceful landscape.

𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲:

The house is dog-friendly. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (£35 per dog). A travel cot and high chair are provided. Paddleboard hire is available on request, and decoration services can be arranged for special occasions.

Quiet hours run from 10:30PM to 8AM, and we ask guests to respect the peaceful setting: No parties, and no smoking indoors.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀:

Everybody finds peace in a different way, and that’s how it should be. From the moment you book, you decide the pace, and we’ll be there to help you plan, and create moments that really matter. It’s that little extra layer of support we offer to make sure everything runs smoothly. Thoughtful service, that never gets in the way of a good moment.

Whether that means a slow morning with a fresh pot of tea, or a day out exploring neighbourhoods and nature - we’ll guide you, so it all unfolds just the way you’ve pictured it.

About the host

Host profile image

We're a boutique property management company called Be.Here. that looks after a hand-picked collection of exceptional homes in the Cotswolds. Every property in our portfolio has been personally selected, styled and maintained to a high standard, because we believe the space you stay in genuinely shapes the quality of your break. We're not a listing agency; we manage every home directly, which means consistent quality, attentive service and a team that's always on hand when you need us.

Why they chose this property

The Cotswolds is famous for good reason: the rolling hills, the picture-perfect villages, the honey-coloured cottages that seem to deepen in colour by late afternoon.

What tends to surprise people is everything else. Cheltenham Jazz Festival pulls a line-up you'd expect from a much larger city, and the Royal International Air Tattoo at Fairford is one of the great spectacles of the British summer. Theatres, galleries, antique shops and the kind of coffee stops worth a detour are scattered across the region, often in places you wouldn't think to look.

Daylesford Organic started as a farmshop and has quietly become something closer to a country estate you can spend the day inside, spa included. The Bull at Charlbury does a Sunday roast worth planning the weekend around. Aynhoe Park, since Restoration Hardware took it on, is somewhere between a country house and an art installation. The Cotswold Lakes are a world of their own, lodges on the water, paddleboards waiting for you, room to explore and room to do nothing at all.

This is our neighbourhood. So whether you're after a dog-friendly weekend of long walks and pub fires, a five-star house with a hot tub overlooking a lake, or somewhere to base yourself for a festival weekend, welcome. We're here to help.

What makes this property unique

Be.Here. is a collection of homes built for the kind of short stay that actually feels like one. Each one is different in setting, character, and shape of weekend, but they share the same quiet instinct for what a good break needs.

Nothing is left to chance. We've stayed in enough short-let homes to know which details matter, and we build every Be.Here. home around the ones that do.

Because a short break should feel like a real one. Whether you're here on your own with a book, around a long table with friends, or somewhere in between, the home should disappear into the background and let the weekend happen. That's the art of a great stay.
