Grocery stores and shopping options are within a couple miles. Well established and quite neighborhood. The home is equipped with refrigerated air and central heating, tile throughout home with area rugs. Its spacious at 800 square feet and TALL CEILINGS. Laundromat nearby. House Rules: No backyard access - On street parking, the driveway is designated for the homeowners - If anything breaks or anything goes wrong please notify us immediately - Not suitable for pets - No parties or events - Check in time is 4PM -anytime. No shoes on the carpeted areas when raining or snowing - Smoking and Vaping on the front patio ONLY - Clean all personal dishes used -Quiet time between 10PM-8AM -$40 fee for all non- returned keys
