Cosy Family Home in the Heart of Birkdale

Our 2 bedroom family home is fresh and bright, a real home from home. The house sleeps 6. It provides a social setting for family and friends to enjoy. Both bedrooms provide super-king beds that can also be singles. The master bedroom has an ensuite and there’s a further family bathroom downstairs.

It is in an ideal location, a short stroll into Birkdale Village and well connected for Liverpool, Formby Pinewoods National Trust and Ainsdale beach. Royal Birkdale Golf Club a 4 minute drive away.
The space
The modern kitchen comes with all the essentials you’ll need for your stay, including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an oven with a 4 burner hob. It’s lovely and bright with plenty of space for cooking and socialising. We also provide complimentary tea and coffee as well as biscuits. The dining space is perfect for families featuring a bench style dining table. The front living room is cosy and warm with two sofa's to enjoy some chilled time together catching up watching tv, this then transforms into one sofa bed for two.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, both of which are super-kings or two singles. The master boasts an ensuite with a shower. There’s also a family bathroom downstairs with a bath.

We have lived in Birkdale for many years and we are so proud to call this lovely village home. We therefore source products locally wherever we can and we are big supporter's of local businesses. You’ll find a whole host of suggestions in the welcome brochure of local independent shops and coffee shops.

There is plenty of off road parking outside, you will get one car on the drive the rest on the road.
