The property is located in the tranquil Swiss town of Caviano, a 3-minute drive from the Italian border (towards Luino) and a 15-minute walk from the lake shore.

Ideally located for historical exploration, Casa Patrizia is a quick 6-minute drive from Gerra’s ferry terminal. Here, visitors can take a boat cruise to explore the exotic Brissago Islands. There’s also a 15-minute ferry service to Ascona with its boutique shops, art galleries and fine dining, and Locarno, famous for its Piazza Grande, film festival and the Madonna del Sasso Sanctuary.

On sunny days, visitors can head to Lido de Gerra (a 5-minute drive) with showers and changing rooms or the beautiful Lido Vira Gambarogno at Shaka Beach (a 10-minute drive), which is equipped with outdoor activities and restaurants. Another popular excursion is a trip to the Gambarogno Botanical Park, a 15-minute drive away.
