Welcome to ŌWL; a bohemian villa in the enchanting Athens Riviera, featuring breathtaking sea views and a large beautiful garden.

The house is beautifully boho decorated, with large windows to enjoy the stunning sea view & fully equipped.

The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes from the beach, with crystal clear waters perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The nearby town of Palaia Fokea offers plenty of shops, restaurants, and beach bars, and Athens city center is a short drive away.
The space
The villa is located in a prime spot of the Athens Riviera, in between Sounion Poseidon Temple and the city of Athens, with breathtaking views of the sea, Alikes fields & the traditional Palaia Fokea fishing harbor.

The villa consists of 2 apartments spread across 3 floors. With sleeping accommodations for up to six guests, you will gain access to the apartment accessed from the ground floor and spread across the ground and lower floor. This apartment has direct access to the garden and is wrapped around with a terrace.
***Eight-guest bookings (infants don’t count) get to use the 1st floor fully equipped apartment as well (**never rented separately**) ; with beautiful views of the Anavyssos bay.

As soon as you step inside (main apartment/ground floor) you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living room and open-plan kitchen, complete with comfortable seating and large windows that showcase the gorgeous view. The dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together, with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare delicious dishes.

The main apartment boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms.
There is an additional bedroom located in the 1st floor apartment (available to 8-people reservations only).
All bedrooms feature comfortable beds and linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Outside, you'll find a large terrace with plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying the view while sipping on your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset.

Located close to all the amenities you might need (Restaurants, Supermarkets, Shopping areas, Beach bars etc.), this villa is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding.
