Welcoming Apartment totally renovated near St Peter’s Square and Vatican Museums. It can host up to 7 people. The apartment is situated on the second floor with elevator of a residential building. It is composed of a living room with a modern and fully equipped kitchen corner. Two nicely finished double bedrooms with balcony, one of the two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with a large and lovely shower, the apartment has also a pretty single bedroom and a second bathroom with a wide shower. Wi fi, air conditioning and smart TV included. San Pietro Station is at walking distance.

This place is so nice. It has a very nice well equipped kitchen. The entire apartment is very clean, bright and spacious. It has 2 full bathrooms with rainhead showers. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 being queen size beds and 1 twin bed in the 3rd bedroom that would be perfect for a child or single adult. It is surrounded by restaurants and is literally a 5 minute walk from the Vatican. We loved this place and if returning to Rome it would definitely be our first choice of places to stay.

Apartment had everything for a very comfortable stay - well stocked kitchen, washer with drying racks, comfortable, clean and appealing rooms. It was quiet and convenient to public transportation, restaurants and grocery store. Only complaint was the master bath shower drained slowly and the hot water ran out very quickly.

I think the additional city tax not being a part of total price is deceiving. I also thought identity information collected on each one of my kids was excessive. This might be an Italy thing and not the fault of the apartment management, though. Otherwise, the apartment itself was very clean and very comfortable.

Wonderful house and host. Property management could be more timely with their communication with the owner. We could have checked in much earlier but they didn’t let the owner know. We should have been able to check in but they told us he wasn’t an available until 7 pm which actually wasn’t the case. That being said, we loved the property, location, and Rome!

The check-in went very smoothly. Property was very clean and organized. Very modern. Bedrooms were spacious — even the single room with the twin bed. Kitchen had every appliance you would need. Air conditioning worked well. Location was very close to public transit options such as bus stop, train station and the Metro. Convenient to walk to restaurants, shopping and the Vatican and more. Would definitely recommend this property. It is 2 flights up but there is a tiny elevator to use when hauling luggage — otherwise we typically took the stairs. Never had an issue with the WIFI. Really nice having the clothes washing machine right within the unit. No dryer but they did provide a drying rack. Host was very responsive to inquiring prior to the trip and ahead of check-in. We didn’t need to reach out to them during our stay but I’m sure they would be helpful under any circumstances.

Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe des Vatikans und dieser ist fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben von der Wohnung aus auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkundet, es gibt aber direkt vor der Haustür eine Buslinie, die man nutzen könnte...Zwei größere Supermärkte (PAM und Carrefour) sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung selbst ist komplett renoviert und alles sehr sauber. Sie hat zwei Balkone, (einer zum Hinterhof und der andere zur Straße) und zwei Badezimmer, eines davon Ensuite. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!
