A few hundred metres from the centre of Villasimius in a quiet residential area is located Villa Cycas.
The villa consists of an outdoor area equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower, a large living room with kitchen, and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the second floor are the two bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds, bathroom and balcony.

Additional costs payable only in cash at check in:
-Bed linen supply -bath towels: 15,00€ each (only if requested)
-Check in after 21.00 available at a cost of 50€ (available on request)
-Tourist tax
-Damage deposit € 250.00
IT WILL BE FORBIDDEN TO LEAVE RUBBISH AT CHECK-OUT.
