The Space:
Welcome to this cozy 58 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Mansell Street in the heart of Aldgate. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Double Bed, Double sofa-bed. The apartment has a full bathroom with both a shower and a tub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private balcony — smoking is not allowed on the balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. The flat has individual radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment and the balcony are non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The City of London — known simply as the City or the Square Mile — is London’s historic financial district and one of the world’s great business centres. Outside of working hours, the neighbourhood reveals Roman walls, Christopher Wren churches, and a surprisingly quiet residential atmosphere. The City is exceptionally well connected, with Bank, Monument, Moorgate, Liverpool Street, and Cannon Street all within easy walking distance. The Barbican arts complex, Borough Market, and the South Bank are all nearby.

Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). We booked for 11 oct to 18 Oct, we found that water issues in the kitchen overflowing, washing machine tapes were leaking to flood the hall, no one attended even after complaining it. it was not in a livable condition, so we vacated on Oct 14. They are not refunding the remaining days rent saying no refund policy. again, the security deposit is very high! very unprofessional, not properly replying about the refund, avoid this type of property. Stayz is also not cooperating to get the refund, it is disappointing.
