Sunny Pitchfork townhome with beautiful views, free shuttle, great location!

This sunny 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located in Mt. CB in the Pitchfork subdivision. Very conveniently located across from the shuttle stop, you can easily catch the free shuttle to the base of the ski area or to Historic Downtown Crested Butte for shopping, dining, and other entertainment. Limited shopping and dining are also available at the base area of the ski resort. Nicely appointed kitchen, new furnishings and ideal location with views of Mt. Crested Butte and surrounding peaks. This quiet, family friendly neighborhood is a perfect spot for your mountain retreat in any season!

Bedrooms as follows: [1] Master with Queen Bed, [2] Queen Bed

Total occupancy is 4 people. Basic cable, wireless internet, shuttle access, BluRay and smart TV box.

PARKING: There is only 1 designated parking spot located behind the building, by the back door.

*The stairs are steep leading up to the two bedrooms upstairs and the patio is shared with the neighbors.

*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is located in the property binder once you arrive.

Book through Peak Property Management and Sales and receive special discounts for ski and snowboard rentals through Christy Sports and Black Tie Ski Rentals!

**This property is pet friendly. Our pet policy is as follows. We allow up to two dogs in the property. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $15 a day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats.**

**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.**

**Please note: until confirmed with a deposit and executed rental agreement, vacation rental availabilities are subject to change. Each property is individually owned and/or managed.**

Great location for CB

The location was right by the bus stop to town, and the house had everything we were needing for our stay. Thanks for allowing the pups to come with us. Neighbors were great as well.

Great condo with CB bus transport to the mountain or to town every 20min just across the street. Outside stairs and rails could use some TLC but once inside all was good.

Such a great place to stay while hitting the slopes in CB.

We had such a great time staying here in CB. The location was right on the bus line to get up to the slopes and the neighborhood was quiet, cute and dog friendly. The art in the house was amazing. It was just like visiting a private art museum. We loved playing games by the fireplace and cooking yummy food in the well stocked kitchen. We loved the view of the mountains from the master bedroom as well.

Tucked in a cute community up by the mountain. It’s a walk to the mountain area (uphill but not too far) and a quick bus to town. The bus stop is literally 15 yards from the home and the bus comes every 20 minutes or so. Easy access to everything Crested Butte has to offer. We loved our stay.

Good location

The home is nice, minus the multiple spiders and their webs. A small space that works as not much time spent indoors! If stairs are an issue this is not your spot. Stairs appeared shorter and steeper than code. Outside stairs a safety hazard with bottom step much higher than rest on both front and back. Kitchen had everything we needed with a generous amount of spices and condiments. Back deck is a shared space.

Fabulous find

What a great property! It feels even nicer than the pics (which don’t show the new gas stove in the LR!). It is full of sunshine. Very nicely equipped kitchen, although there is no toaster (per an earlier review) but otherwise everything we needed. Grill had gas! STEPS from very reliable shuttle bus service, amazingly convenient to get up to the lifts - and no you don’t hear the bus going by. It was just the two of us, but four could be managed easily. The footprint is small, esp the 2nd bedroom given the queen bed, but the unfinished basement with the big W&D provides PLENTY of room for your gear (there is even a rack with hangers for clothes if needed that more than addresses this, per another review). There is a humidifier for us low landers (thank you). Property management folks were a delight to work with, check in and check out were easy peasy! We would definitely stay here again.

Winter wonderland!

Property is a classic ski condo, but it is ideally located with its own parking and excellent property management! The automatic wood stove was PERFECT for apres ski rekaxation! Property managers could not have been more helpful or better communicators. Crested Butte us such a magical spot and staying at this property just enhances the experience

Adorable Condo on the Bus Route

This condo was adorable! It was right on the bus route and was easy to walk to the mountain or town if you don't want to take the bus. The rooms are small, and there were some very loud neighbors that woke us up a few nights. It was also missing a toaster and humidifiers, but otherwise was well stocked and very comfortable. We had trouble finding the remote for the fireplace, and we ran out of paper towels, but the management was very quick to send someone out to help us. I would highly recommend this spot for a small family.
