The residence offers a spacious second-floor apartment, consisting of a kitchen with dining area, two triple rooms, one double room and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower). From the property, you can enjoy a splendid view of the canal. Additionally, on the upper floor, there is an elegant independent loft, equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, double bed and a bathroom with shower. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

The property was spacious and beautiful. Comfortable beds. But it was advertised as having AC, and it does not. We rented both apartments for 5 days and the AC didn’t work in either apartment. The host was notified immediately, and we were told on the second day that we had the heat setting on. We did not. Even when it was “fixed”, the temperature in both apartments was over 25 degree Celsius which is stifling. We asked for fans in the bedrooms if they couldn’t fix the AC. They did not respond nor remedy the situation.
