Inside, the living space is set over 2 floors (one set of steps above the private roadside parking space), providing plenty of natural light and sensational views over the sea and the private pool. Finished to a very high standard, the property comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Entrance door opens straight on the beautiful lounge, with adjoinining fully equipped kitchen and extensible dining table for 6. The comfy sofas offer sensational views over the Ionian sea. Wi-fi internet and flat screen large TV are available. On the same floor there is also a laundry area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Stairs lead up to the upper floor, housing 2 further bedrooms (en-suite). The master bedroom suite has its own, large, sea-facing balcony and en-suite shower room. The other bedroom has twin beds (that can be joined by the guests, if required), shower room, and side sea-facing balcony. To offer more comfort to the guests, the whole property is air-conditioned (both bedrooms and lounge, included in the rental price) and all the property has been built to the highest specifications, including high-specs double glazing to insulate from the outdoor sound.
