Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, park, beach, promenade, shops, 2 pickleball courts, gyms, icecream shops, WAWA, the bay, Fisherman's alley and more. Park your car in one of our 4 driveway spaces and leave it for the week. Don't deal with parking issues and walk EVERYWHERE. Jitney service nearby if you want to go further. You are located on a QUIET street two blocks from Fisherman’s Alley restaurants/bay and two blocks from the beach/promenade

The house includes everything you need to make your vacation stress-free including beach tags, chairs, umbrella, bikes, sports equipment and more. Linens and hand towels not included but there is a rental service nearby. New construction and first year renting, so all comforters, pillows, mattresses, furniture and furnishings are brand new. Trash pickup 2x a week but must bring trash at end of your stay if there is still some left.

The house includes a spacious garage on the ground level with no-step access to the elevator. The garage has everything you need for the beach, bikes, and balls for the park or pickleball courts. There are beginner courts and expert courts nearby. The grounds also include a spacious back yard with an outdoor shower and a grill.

First floor includes a nice entryway and living area with closet and full bathroom. This room includes 2 futons with trundles that pull out. They are full size and sleeps four total. The room is perfect for kids to play during the day with a 65 inch television and plenty of space for games. Its perfect to transition into their sleeping quarters at night.

Second floor includes a large master with a huge deck, bathroom with double sink and tiled shower. There is plenty of closet space and dressers. The bedroom as a television with cable.

There are three more bedrooms on this floor with closets, dressers and televisions (streaming cable-xfinity in each room). Two rooms come with queen beds and one with a king bed. There is also another full bath on this floor and a washer/dryer.

Third floor contains an open-concept kitchen, dining and family room, big enough to accommodate all your guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a Keurig, Nespresso, lobster pot, blender, knife block, serving utensils, dishes, kids settings and everything you need for a full bar, including wine glasses, shot glasses, bourbon glasses, margarita glasses, etc. The kitchen island fits 4, the dining table fits 8, the deck table fits 8 and there is an additional table that fits 6, that can be taken out and used.

The family room includes a large L shaped couch and recliner. Get comfy by the fireplace and enjoy a books, put together a puzzle or enjoy one of our board games. Great place to watch the game with our 70 inch television.

The third floor deck boasts great views and glimpses of the bay. Enjoy eating out here on our large table or relaxing in one of they comfy outdoor couches. Great place to unwind.

It is imperative that you remove the trash at the end of your stay. The dump is a short 1 minute drive right around the corner from our property and is really easy to utilize.
