So...the villa is in a beautiful area of Cyprus, walking distance to the beach etc. I had a significant issue upon arrival and I have to say that Noam dealt with this really well. The villa does need some tlc...the outside furniture is very old and definitely needed a good clean. Little touches inside would have made a big difference as well...larger towels, a welcome pack, some toiletries etc. Again if the gardener is going to come, check with guests first. I arrived back at the villa one day to find the garden and pool completely out of use because of the gardener and I had no idea this was going to be the case. Hopefully the new owners will make these few improvements in which case it will be a great place to stay.

Thanks for your review I would like to add that based on your request, you received free early checkin. In addition, following a problem in the pool in the first day we provided you with a Very significant compensation and the problem was solved quickly. Pool chairs are a little old however useful and clean. Garden furniture is brand new as can be seen in the picture Service people arrive to the villa during the day and this is common practice in this area We did not commit to a welcome pack. Towels are reasonably sized, clean and new. upon request we can provide additional towels All and all I don’t think issues describe result in 6 out of 10 rating This house is a home for us. We use it constantly and there are always few things to improve
