My space is in the heart of Lisbon! Ease to get everywhere with public transportation! It is close to the Ramiro Brewery, Rossio, Martim Moniz, Bairro Alto and Avenida da Liberdade.
It is right in the middle of the three main train stations: Santa Apolonia, Cais do Sodre and Restauradores!
You will love my space because of the location is perfect! It is a very city center! My space is good for couples, individual adventures, business travelers and families (with kids).

Central to Historic Lisbon

We stayed 4 nights and were met by Oseias, one of the owners. He was very pleasant and informative and gave us a hand with our luggage. We loved the carpenter’s bench and millstone In the living room and the charming renovation which preserves the character of the building. The bathroom was well-designed and very functional as was the Kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. We ate next door at O Chef e o Mar, at Oseias’s recommendation, and had a delightful evening; great service and wonderful food. This apartment is close to Rossio Metro and walking distance to Castelo Jorge and many other interesting sites. We highly recommend it and would stay again.

Beautiful Apartment - centrally located

I agree with other reviewers, it was hard to find but once we did it a very nice, large and modern apartment. A map or good directions would have been helpful, but the apartment was perfect for our vacation. It was centrally located and close to everything we needed. We got to Lisbon early and the host recommended a luggage storage location nearby but was very helpful with local suggestions for restaurants, and even left us a bottle of wine!

A reasonable property

The owner/s have spent a lot of money renovating and upgrading the apartment. Oesias provided good support on our arrival, including assistance with our luggage up the entry stairs. The property address was not easily found by our taxi drivers or Uber. We were assisted by good external photographs which helped with location identification. The area location made walking around day or night quite easy. The property and location were reasonable value for money.

Clean appartment-- very central

The appartment was very clean and central. The only problem was its was very noisy - you can hear the noise from cars outside and the other tenants in the building. Also, if you are a single female - the area is a little sketchy. My suggestion to the owner- is to provide future renters options on how to get to the appartment. For example: if you are traveling by subway you should get off at x metro and follow a detailed map. Or if you are traveling by taxi - give detailed instruction for the cab driver in English and Portugise (so the cab driver understands). This information should be given before departure.

Quaint Lisbon Flat

Oseias was a great host and made the check-in process very easy. The flat was nicely renovated and while not air-conditioned (not uncommon in Lisbon), Oseias made sure we were equipped with fans. And although the neighbourhood had more graffiti than expected, it was a very short walk to the city centre and many Lisbon attractions. Overall, a very good experience. Thanks Oseias.

Perfect location if you like being in the middle of where the action is!

We had a very rocky start to our stay. Our host could not meet us but arranged for a friend to do so. There was no number on the residence so the taxi took a long time to find the place. We then stood outside of the apartment for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come let us in. Another friend arrived and let us in, only to discover that the unit had not yet been cleaned. Another half hour passed when the cleaning service arrived. We had to leave the place while it was being cleaned - very exhausting day! However, once we got back the rest of our stay was fine. The location is great (if you don’t mind the noise from the restaurant just below the bedroom window and the traffic noise).

Anita was a very grateful guest, unfortunately I could not receive her due to last minute apointment that I had to answer. The company that provides us with the cleaning service also failed, which was an aggravating circumstance. Lisbon is not an easy city for cars, for having many hills (city of the seven hills) and for having narrow streets in the central part of the city, as well as eventually for the bustle of an urban center. We sincerely apologize that we can not attend. And we were happy you got enjoyed the rest of the stay well. We remain at your disposal for any eventual doubts or questions and we will use the criticisms that we receive to improve our performance. Thank you very much.

Lisbon Stop

The property is tucked away but still very close to the center square, museum and markets. Oséias was there to great us when we arrived and explained how everything work and checked in on us during out stay to make sure everything was ok. The apartment has all you need as it appears to be newly remodeled. There are several small yet very good restaurant steps from the apartment. The walk to main square is only 5 minutes and downhill, this means it's up hill on the way back so wear good shoes. Great location for a couple ready to explore the center of Lisbon.

Klein, aber fein - super für zwei Personen

Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage, um die Innenstadt von Lissabon zu Fuß zu erkunden und befindet sich sehr verkehrsgünstig zwischen den Metrostationen Martim Moniz (meine Tochter und ich empfehlen, hier auszusteigen, da der Weg weniger anstrengend ;-) ist) und Rossio. Von Mikrowelle über Bügeleisen bis hin zu Schampoo/Seife und Kaffeekapseln ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Der Eigentümer ist sehr flexibel bezüglich der Ankunftszeit und stets erreichbar. Da ich Rückenbeschwerden habe, muss ich noch hinzufügen, dass ich in dem Bett gut geschlafen habe. Meine Tochter und ich haben hier 4 wundervolle Tage verbracht und können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank Oséias!!

Had a great time exploring Lisbon!

This property is very conveniently located to the historical downtown and train station. A super market and many restaurants very close. It is a bit of an uphill walk to make after the end of a day of a lot of walking but the unit is only 1 floor up from there. The unit was adequately outfitted. We only did breakfast as the food is cheap and restaurants plentiful. Bed was comfortable. The only draw back was there was a small restaurant just below the unit and people sat outside and talked quite late so was a bit noisy. For some reason the garbage pick up for that street was at 3 AM 😳 so a bit of banging during the nights. Our flight got into Lisbon several hours before the scheduled check in and the owner was very accommodating to let us check in earlier to drop off luggage. Overall for the price you are getting a very good location.

Oseias est un super hôtel, agréable, souriant et surtout disponible et à tout moment. Je recommande fortement cet appartement de part son emplacement à proximité de tout (resto, rooftop TOPO, tram, shopping, barbier que je conseille sur la place, transport....) et de tous les équipements disponibles (lave-vaisselle, WiFi, chauffage, machine à laver...) Lisbonne est constitué de montées. L'arrivée à l'appartement en ayant l'aerobus vous mets tout de suite en conditions. Encore une fois un super moment à Lisbonne. Oseias is a perfect host, good feeling, always available . I Will advice this apartment because of his location and vers Wellington furnished. If u reached by aerobus u Will taste the lisbon's hills to reach the apartment lol. One more time i enjoyed my stay overthere. Thanks Oseias
