Beautiful loft in a great location! Would stay again! We felt comfortable and safe. I would only say that it would've been nice to know of the hot tub hours beforehand and we couldn't find lights on the roof and forgot our phone lights so that was uncomfortable. Otherwise a great experience!
The unit is very comfortable and well equipped for short stays. The bed was firm and comfortable. We did not use the hot tub unfortunately during this visit as the temperatures were close to zero, but the rooftop looked inviting. The parking spot is narrow, but we were able to park our Honda Passport and have the driver squeeze out. Appreciated having coffee, filters and laundry detergent available. The combo washer dryer washes well, but the dryer leaves clothing slightly damp. (Everything easily finishes drying overnight.)The property manager was very responsive and dropped off hangers for us as there were no shelves or dressers to otherwise unpack. We would stay here again!
Condo is located about .8 mile walk from downtown. It is as advertised for two persons. Condo was clean, and easy to get to CSU which was our purpose. My only issue was cold shower and uncomfortable bed.
The property was clean, easy check to in, and friendly responses. Great neighborhood within walking distance or a quick drive to most everything. We'd stay again!
The condo was very clean. Erik was easy to get a hold of. Check-in process was easy. Close to downtown for all the different activities that could’ve happened.
Two things I didn’t care for. One: the parking spot in which we were assigned was small for the vehicle I rented. Second: the time schedule for the use of the jacuzzi, didn’t jive with our schedule. Besides that all very nice.
Property is fine. The air conditioner went out on the first night of our stay. I informed the host first thing in the morning. His response was to 1) flip the breaker 2) use a fan. His attempts to remedy the situation were minimal at best.
Having a broken AC the entire time was miserable during the summer, especially at night. The dish washer had dirty dishes in it when we arrived. And the hot tub did not work, but it was a refreshing cool down cuz of the heat, so that was nice.
Overall not a terrible place if you are plan on being out and about for most of your trip.
The location was perfect for a short stay in FoCo. 5 minutes drive or 15 minute walk from rafting, the Poudre river, Old Town, 3 huge breweries, and a Safeway. The place was just what we needed and we were glad to have some time up on the roof. Thanks Erik.
My stay overall was A- .. I really loved the space and the amenities were fantastic. The rooftop patio with hot tub was delightful except I was not able to enjoy the hot tub my first night - the water was more warm than hot, and when I messaged the host, he explained the cleaning crew had changed out the water and it would take a few hours to heat up properly. There were 2 other issues during my stay - on my last night at the property, the next door neighbors (who were renting this same host’s second property) decided to go up to the roof and use the hot tub after midgnight, despite the posted signs no one was allowed in the hot tub after 10pm. They made lots of noise & at that point I realized the rooftop hot tub is directly above the property where I was staying. I could hear noise of people’s loud voices and the sound of their footsteps coming through the ceiling where I was trying to rest. I messaged the host and he responded the next morning to apologize, which I appreciated. Lastly, the cleaners showed up at this Vrbo and unlocked the front door one hour before I was scheduled to check out, without making sure if I had already left the property. I told them to please come back after I checked out. Despite these inconveniences, overall, I had a pleasant stay.
Fantastic location and super comfortable accommodations. Loved the access to shopping, restaurants, playgrounds -all within walking distance! My 4.5 yo son loved riding his bike on the nearby paths and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the rooftop. Kudos to Erik as a wonderful host - highly recommend this location.
Everything about this stay was excellent, but unfortunately, the hot tub was not fully operational during it. The host not only had a lot of great resources in the location, but was communicative and helpful when we reached out about the hot tub. However, being that it was such a high selling point for my choice of booking, it did effect my experience, though I doubt the issue will arise for others, since they had a maintenance worker out the same day to take a look! If it were operational, certainly I'd be giving five stars. Hopefully the next time I'm in Fort Collins I can come back and try it again! Definitely recommend!
I chose this property for the location. Stairs to the apartment were a concern, but there was a nice railing. The property needed a working light at the entrance for night. I didn't use the hot tub, but I checked it out and it looked nice. An umbrella for the rooftop patio for shade would be nice, It was great to have a parking space, but a little warning for how narrow it is would be helpful - my Highlander fit, but a bigger vehicle would not be able to park there (I could barely get out!). I would definitely choose this place again.
I value the quick response regarding a couple questions regarding our stay. Appreciate the conversation via text. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
We loved the property. It was comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do during our three day stay in Ft. Collins.
We had a little bit of a snag on the day we arrived. Erik let us in early, and the apartment wasn't ready. Because we were early, that didn't matter, but when we came back after the official check in time, it still wasn't ready.
Erik was so apologetic and worked quickly to get us settled into another unit for the evening, and refunded us part of the rental for the inconvenience. My friend and I always laugh about these kinds of events when traveling because sometimes they happen, and they just add to the story.
Part of our story? "Walking down the street in our pjs at 11:00, carrying a pillow, a four-pack of High Noons, and a bag of wet bathing suits." And we were laughing the whole time.
We loved the whole three days - the silverware drawer IS a little tricky to locate, though.
Thank you SO much for a wonderful stay. I hope we'll have the opportunity to stay with you again sometime.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hot tub was definitely the highlight and the fact that it was shared was not an issue at all. The apartment is beautiful and feels very new. The location is great, walking distance to breweries and downtown. Overall highly recommend staying here and would stay again next time I’m in Fort Collins.
