The living area boasts a three cushion couch, two occasional chairs and another chair so, your whole family can comfortably enjoy the 50" Sharp Smart TV. The sliding glass doors lead you to the spacious patio overlooking the 8,000 square foot tri-level pool. The steps to your right take you to the beach walkover in less than a minute. The patio is furnished with two woven chaise lounges, a settee and a newly updated outdoor table for six .
The dining area has a table with seating for six, plus there are four barstools.
You will find everything you need in the well-stocked kitchen - a stand-alone ICEMAKER to fill your cooler or mix your drinks in our high end blender! An updated GE refrigerator with double doors, a pull out freezer and inside water dispenser give you plenty of room for your family's vacation groceries. We have anticipated all of your needs and have dishes and silverware, plenty of serving dishes, cookware, Keurig, Regular coffee maker and even a crock pot! We have provided grilling tools for the gas grill located just outside Adagio G105.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with high end mattress and 100% cotton sheets. Spacious dresser with a 42" Smart TV on the wall. The sliding glass doors to the patio give you easy entry to sip your morning coffee. Custom black out drapery in your your master suite. The large master bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub, double shower heads in the separate shower plus a private commode.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, 100% cotton sheets, a 43" Sharp Roku TV with a DVD. The adjoining bathroom has a shower/tub combination and vanity sink. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with memory foam mattress and 100% cotton sheets. It also has a 43" Sharp Roku TV with DVD. It's connecting bathroom has a shower tub combination. A bonus bunk area with custom bunk beds with privacy curtain. Your Friend at the Beach also provides a high chair and pack and play. Laundry room with Maytag washer and dryer and ironing board, iron and laundry soap.
Adagio G105 has easy access to the pools, gym, hot tub and beach walkover. You are just steps from the on site gym where you can do your daily workouts - or relax in the hot tub right next to it. The private beach offers beach chair service (not included but recommended).
There is a gulf front pool (heated from Nov to mid-April) and an 8,000 square foot pool.
Pack and Play and High chair in the condo.

YFAB provides 100% cotton towels, hand soaps, shower soaps and hair dryers in each bathroom. YFAB also provides shower soaps, dishwashing detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent - enough for the whole week!
Restrictions: No trailers, RV's, or golf carts, no pets per HOA. Two cars only per condo, no tents/canopies on the beach and there are quiet hours after 10 PM. No chaperoned groups and guests must be 25 or older to rent any of YFAB's condos.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
