Flatford Mill, 4 miles away, is the location of John Constable's famous 'Haywain' and 'Flatford Mill' paintings, and here you can enjoy rowing or walking the River Stour, and then take a traditional afternoon tea at National Trust 'Bridge Cottage'. Original Constable paintings can be viewed at Christchurch Mansion in Ipswich, 10 miles away. Just outside Ipswich, visit 'Jimmy's Farm' as featured on BBC TV with rare breed pigs, farm shop and nature walks.
