Spacious countryside getaway with a pool! Fun for the whole family or friends!

Welcome to your countryside retreat! This spacious and serene property is perfect for large groups. With 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living spaces to accommodate the entire group this home is ready for your next getaway. Enjoy the views of 25 acres of rolling green Kentucky landscape from covered outdoor patios or take a dip in the private pool. With modern amenities and rustic touches, you will feel right at home in this serene landscape.

The space:
This home is in a rural area, with only a few other homes nearby. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs. One master suite with a large bathroom. There is an additional bathroom in the hallway for the other bedrooms. On the first level there are 2 living rooms. One of which has 2 collapsible sleep sofas and barn doors for privacy. There is a full bath on this level as well. We have a dining room with custom dining table fit for 10. There is a large kitchen with bar seating and a small table with bench seating. There is also laundry on this level which guests are welcome to use! The garage and basement are locked for owner storage.

Guest access:
We have a wraparound covered porch with a porch swing in the front for watching sunsets in the evening. In the back of the house we have plenty of patio furniture for relaxing and entertaining by the pool! We also have a pool table in the back which you are welcome to play on. In the driveway we have basketball goal. The pool is 9 feet deep. It is not heated but there is no tree cover so the water gets nice and warm in the summer months.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
We want you to be aware that we have an apiary next door so there are bee hives nearby and on the property. In case of anyone who may be allergic we want to make everyone aware of this prior to booking. If you have any questions please let us know!

Also, this is a rural area so there are no internet providers here. Please be aware that we do have a hotspot which works well, but may be spotty at times. There are no TVs in the bedrooms due to limited internet service, but there are 2 living rooms with TVs. Cell reception works just fine, so most guests use personal hotspots/cell data as well.

Wonderful property - well maintained with plenty of linens, dishes, etc. very quick response from host who made sure everything that was even mentioned was accessible. Perfect for extended family vacation with young kids. We hardly even left!

Very clean beautiful property. We were there in the fall so we didn’t use the pool. Very convenient to Louisville, Lexington & Bardstown. For tours of bourbon distilleries or other activities in this area it is quite convenient with a farm setting.
