You will feel the charme of the most beautiful gulf of the Meditteranean sea in a private peninsula facing the port of Stintino!  This is really an exclusive oasis of peace and tranquility, nestled between granites slowly slides into a crystalline sea.
The main house hosts 4 double Suites, with cabin closet and private bathrooms at the ground floor and 1 Suite with private bathroom and a superb view of the pool and the entire Asinara Gulf at the first floor.
The wonderful Water Front Dependance is composed of 2 more bedrooms with en suite bathroom.
Easy access from the garden, close to the patio, there is the dining room. Here guests can enjoy elegant lunches or dinners whenever you want to live the intimacy of an indoor environment.
From the opposite side a hatch connects with the full equipped modern kitchen.
A cook is available on request to prepare fine dishes of the Sardinian traditional cuisine, that will satisfy even the most exigent palates.
The bright and wide living area of considerable importance, occupies a large surface of the villa, overlooking the wide garden facing the sea and the spacious interior patio.
In order to have more elegance and exclusivity, you can ask the availability of a waiter who will take care of the service in the dining room, in the patio, in the terrace or even in the dock, to have a characteristic candlelight dinner on the beach.
A fantastic patio is equipped with mobile cover sliding doors that will allow you to enjoy the view of the sky or take shelter from the sun. In this area you will have the opportunity to enjoy reading a good book, to sip one of the finest wines available for tasting or browsing internet with free wi-fi zone.
The deck with wooden flooring and the green lawn frame the large swimming pool, equipped with natural sterilization treatment with sea salt, waterfall, jet for swimming against the current, comfortable showers by the pool and jacuzzi area set in stone.
The property has several areas of direct access to the sea, but the real plus is the sundeck, with pebble floor and equipped with sun beds and curtains, that turns his gaze on the private bay where you can enjoy the sea in complete privacy and relaxation.
A few steps from the sundeck, the private dock with mooring, the sundeck deck on the  water and the pretty private beach are the true showpieces that make the villa a truly rare property.
The Villa also has a wellness area with Finnish sauna and views of the garden and the private bay.
