Just 15 km from Palma de Mallorca, near Santa Maria del Camí in the countryside, lies this beautiful villa designed to offer an unforgettable stay for families and groups of up to 6 guests.



Outdoors, the villa boasts two magnificent pools. The larger one, a saltwater pool, is a true paradise, measuring 33 x 33 metres and surrounded by palm trees, creating a resort-like atmosphere. The second, a chlorinated pool, measures 20 x 20 metres and features a chill-out terrace furnished with sofas and a dining area. Just like a private beach, there’s a sandy area with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a perfect relaxation space to unwind.



The setting is ideal for families with children, who can interact with nature at the fish ponds, aviaries, rabbit hutches, and a chicken coop. There’s also a playground with swings, a slide, and a trampoline. For family leisure time, the villa features a built-in barbecue and a portable one, as well as a large garden with lush vegetation.



The interior of the house is cosy and designed to offer a unique experience, with many charming details. The terrace leads to a bright living room with comfortable sofas and satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, electric oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, and various types of coffee makers. In addition, there is an air-conditioned home office area and a large exotic aquarium that adds a special touch. The dining room has a unique design reminiscent of a small restaurant, complete with its own bar counter, beer tap, a large refrigerator, and an impressive stone oven perfect for making homemade pizzas. For the little ones, there are children’s games, stuffed animals, and books.



The villa has 3 bedrooms: two with double beds, one of which has an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a third with a bunk bed and an extra bed, ideal for children. In addition, there are two more bathrooms with showers. To ensure a comfortable stay any time of year, the house is equipped with central heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, an ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner.



Located in the heart of the island, Santa Maria del Camí is a charming village with a strong Mallorcan character. Known for its vineyards and wineries, this destination is perfect for wine tourism enthusiasts. Santa Maria’s Sunday market is one of the most authentic in Mallorca. Here, visitors can find fresh local produce, handicrafts, and traditional Balearic specialities. Additionally, its proximity to the Sierra de Tramuntana offers hiking and biking trails with spectacular views.



Just 15 km from Santa Maria del Camí, Palma de Mallorca is the island’s capital and a vibrant city brimming with history and culture. Its architectural gem is the Cathedral of Santa María de Palma, known as La Seu, an impressive Gothic building overlooking the bay. Nearby, the Royal Palace of La Almudaina and Bellver Castle are must-see attractions for history lovers. You can discover beautiful beaches such as the lively El Arenal or its quieter neighbour, Can Pastilla, or visit the southwestern area and beaches like Palmanova and Sant Elm.

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, called the Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest aged 16 and older. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person during high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person during low season. Starting on the ninth night, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa is paid at check-in.



Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over the age of 16. This information is sent via email, and each registration form must be signed upon arrival.



The security deposit will be held via credit card, and the guest will need to provide their information through a secure payment link. It will be refunded within 4 days after checkout.
