A place to LIVE: a house on the noble floor, in the historic center of a small, charming city of art, 7 km from beaches and the sea, surrounded by green hills. Light, frescoes, charm and a large terrace to the south, create an almost surreal atmosphere. Live like nobles of times gone by... within light and color, art and nature.
The apartment, 145 square meters with a large furnished terrace is part of Palazzo Romani Adami: a national monument from 1700, 4,000 square meters: a village within a village. Totally renovated to offer all possible comforts and also excellent Wi-fi, independent heating.
NO ZTL. Paid and free parking.
Independent entrance, path that transports you to another world: small alley of river pebbles, private courtyard that looks like a small village square: the various buildings of the eighteenth-century complex overlook it. Finally, to get home, you will enter a bright, enormous eighteenth-century loggia: unique.
