Fantastic 3-bedroom townhouse located in the Vera Mar 2 residential complex. The house offers ocean views and is close to the community playground. It sleeps 6 people and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room, a kitchen, a terrace, and a private garden with lounge chairs and ocean views.

The gated community is located a short distance from shops and supermarkets and is fully enclosed with access controlled by remote. There is a community pool and private parking for one car with an assigned space.

Important Note: The company does not accept groups of young people or bachelor/bachelorette parties. Some properties are available for couples under 25 years of age.

Rentmojacar and its representatives are not liable for any circumstances beyond their control, including, but not limited to, mechanical breakdowns, illness, draining the pool for necessary maintenance, closure of the pool by the homeowners’ association, or failure in the supply of any public service.

Our customer service hours are from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Keys are picked up from a key safe in Mojácar or Vera Playa, and all instructions will be sent 2 weeks before your travel date. An in-person meeting is available for a fee of 25 €, payable upon arrival.
All other necessary services (welcome package, crib rental, etc.) can be paid for upon arrival.
