    Ensure the door is securely locked. Return the keys to the lockbox using the access code provided at check-in and shuffle the code afterward.

    We stayed for one night and loved it! The apartment is new, spotless, and in an excellent location. We really appreciated the free parking, as well as the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and all the kitchen utensils we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Our only suggestion would be to have a few extra pillows, but overall it was a wonderful stay and we’d happily come back!

    The flat was clean. Very nice having towels and soaps. Even better having kitchen roll and tinfoil.I having kids, it would be great to have had th code for the rear gate padlock also to reduce the wall to the car But this is a minor point.

Thank you also for your suggestion regarding the rear garden gate. We are always happy to provide the padlock code upon request. We do not currently include it in our standard check-in information because, in the past, two padlocks were misplaced by guests and could not be recovered. However, we understand that access through the garden gate can be particularly helpful for families with children, and we will be happy to assist future guests who would like to use it. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back again in the future.

    The apartment was clean, spacious, well appointed and conveniently placed for getting into Oxford. The parking was right behind the building so very useful. The host was very communicative and helpful.
