About this property

Cheap n' Cheerful Town House with view of Horses.

This spacious home from home is perfect for family & friends for a weekend, week or even longer.

For those with a car, there's ample free street parking on the doorstep, and those without, there's a bus stop a stone throw away taking you to Brighton and Hove express style 24hrs a day.

If you're looking to chill, catch up, work, study, socialise and play, this is a simple and cheerful family home with loads of beds, a garden, and country view of horses, dog walkers and fields!
The space
There are three distinct bedrooms, and one transitory hallway style bedroo.

One room has two bunk beds (one of which is sofa/triple bunk) another has one bunk bed, and a third has a double bed. The transitory room has a single bed.

The main Social Room is a lounge come dining room come general playroom, with big French windows that open onto the patio.

In terms of the garden, it is enclosed, yet backs onto open fields. In brief, it is rugged, sloping, and rather wild in nature, with grass, shrubs and no doubt wildlife.

Upstairs you'll find the two bedrooms (The Double Room and The Bunk Bed Room) and downstairs is the toilet, and the bathroom with a good working shower/bath.

As for the kitchen, it's got cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and all that jazz, plus and oven/grill, coffee machine, washing machine, and gas cooker. It's just a large kitchen.

Lastly, for the less mobile, the flooring downstairs is all one level, so could suit a wheelchair user, and to access from the street to the house, the sole step is from the back porch to the main room. With notice I could sort a ramp to assist with access.
Guest access
Upstairs, downstairs, garden; the whole house.
Other things to note
The house is listed as cheep and cheerful, as it is a family home with expected wear and tear, and understanding that the house is a home not a show room not a party place.
