This apartment should be taken off rental. It’s filthy, the pictures are deceiving probably taken when first purchased. Only a fan that is covered with dust and grime to blow in your face. Torn blind on the slider. Worst of all you have to deal with an unreasonable Real Estate broker, office. Picture it, they give you a bag of your linens and towels ( quite heavy) and you walk a distance and then up three flights of stairs to find this pig pen. Deplorable

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Stay away: apartment is filthy, smelly and you have to carry your towels and sheets a long distance and up 2 flights of stairs. Dirty beds, water tank in front of shower. Pictures are deceiving probably taken when the apartment was new. No airconditioning, build up of dust on the fan so it blows in your face. Torn blind. Even the owner wouldn’t stay here. Would never booked if we knew it was a one star apartment. We wasted at least 3 plus hours trying to find a solution with the rental office.

Tres bien placé en plein centre près de la plage. Appartement ancien mais repeint en blanc donc propre. Beaucoup de bruit des camions poubelles le matin à partir de six heure jusqu'à huit heure . Le reste du temps très calme.Attention difficile de ce garer sans marcher.
