The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We ask you to be respectful our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:30 pm. Also guests visiting you need to leave by 9:30 PM as well.
We are a smoke and pet free cottage. No smoking on the deck or near the cottage or an extra fee could be assessed.

We loved our stay at Beachcamp! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The cottage itself is small, but the space is laid out so thoughtfully that it felt just right for our family. This was a perfect cottage for our family of 3! Bright, clean, and updated- with everything you could want for a beach getaway provided on site. The outdoor space was wonderful, and the owners really maximized the small indoor space with plenty of hooks and storage baskets. Hey there, fellow Cape Cod lovers! We're a family of four from Massachusetts, and let us tell you, there's nowhere else we'd rather be than basking in all the Cape has to offer. We're talking about epic seafood, enjoying all the cape cod sites, reeling in the big ones on fishing trips, and soaking up the sun on endless stretches of beach. (Seriously, Cape Cod beaches are the BEST!)

Back in 2017, after checking out a bunch of spots in Dennis, we stumbled upon Beachcamp Cottage. And let me tell you, it was love at first sight! This wasn't just another boring house or condo – it had that true Cape Cod charm we were looking for. The kind of place that makes you feel like you're on vacation even when you're just flopping down on the couch. ️

Why Beachcamp? Well, for starters, it's practically on the beach! Just a quick flip-flop hop (we're talking 50!) separates you from the sand and the sound of crashing waves. Plus, it's close to all the delicious restaurants and fun shops, so you can fuel your adventures and grab souvenirs for the folks back home.
