Villa in Dénia with sea views. Located in a very quiet area of Montgó, about 3 Km from the centre of Dénia and 3.5 Km from the beach.
It has a large terrace with a swimming pool and landscaped areas. The house is distributed over 2 floors, on the upper floor an uncovered terrace with a portable barbecue, covered terrace with beautiful views, living-dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The ground floor consists of a living-dining room with sofa bed, small kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The 2 floors are not connected internally. It has air conditioning in all rooms. There is no parking but you can park in front of the house and the street has no traffic, as it is a dead-end street.
