This unit was stocked fully from kitchen items to extra trash bags. We really enjoyed our stay here in this unit. We stay every year at shores of Panama condo, because it’s so center to everything. The parking was convenient due to not having to get on parking elevators. The check in process was easy.

We couldn’t have been happier with this condo! It all started with the excellent communication from the host. JoAnn was AMAZING and super responsive. The condo was roomy enough for 7 of us without tripping over each other. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. The view and location of this property is PERFECT!! Great rental with a view

The owner was fantastic with communication and was very accommodating with early check in and her condo was perfect. It was very spacious, well stocked with everything and hotel was very nice. Pools and hot tubs were great.

I live on long Island with my husband and one of three children. The other two are teachers and already moved out of the house. I own a hair salon and have been cutting hair for over 20 years. I come from a big family, so I know the importance of going on vacation. The memories that we share with my family is priceless. You too will enjoy this spectacular Villa and make precious memories for years to come.

Why they chose this property

We searched up and down this beach and saw many condos and their amenities. We decided to buy this one, because it’s right on the beach with a huge pool. This complex is best one in Panama City Beach, Florida. The building was built in 2007, so the unit is fairly new, compared with many other condo complexes on the beach. Most of them were built many years ago. The unit inside is very spacious, it has 9 foot ceiling with tile throughout the unit except in the bedrooms and one of the nicest units we've seen.

What makes this property unique

By pass the elevators and walk right to the unit with a reserve parking space 1018 located on the 10th floor. Unit comes with up to 2 parking passes.
