Colorful and Quaint!

This is a colorful and cozy one bedroom, one bath beach cottage located approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the beach and downtown Avalon. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a queen size bed and a queen futon. There is a round bistro style dining or game table inside, as well as a large dining table on the front porch outside. It also offers a fully equipped kitchen and a charcoal BBQ outside for grilling your favorite foods. There are two year-around rentals in the rear of property. No smoking, please.

Perfect little house

Great location, very close to my Sons family and everything Avalon. Perfect for my daughter, 4 yr old Grandson and I!. Loved hanging out on the porch. Excellent value for a short trip. Will stay again!

Good location

Easy to work with the land manager and the place was easy to find and had a great patio to sit on in the mornings. Close to the main street.

The cottage was great. The property manager was amazing. We'll be back the next time we come to Catalina. My only suggestion would be to modernize the outlets and possibly install a couple near the beds, but this was very minor.

This was our second year at the cottage. And again we had a great time. It’s a great location, close to town and the beach. The grocery store is a half block away.

Cute small cottage, everything we were looking for. The small kitchen and bathroom let you do everything youd expect. If you have hopes for something other than a cottage youll be disappointed, but ill be booking with these folks, over the hotels weve used here over the years, from here on out.

Nice stay in Avalon

This house is quaint and in a great location, within walking distance to both Vons and shopping/restaurants. It is a bit dated inside but the front porch is great. The neighbors were all nice. Michael was a very good landlord and reached out in case we were coming over early or staying later.

Great location, large front porch, friendly service

We loved our stay in Avalon. The location was so close to the grocery we referred to it as our "pantry." Everything we needed was close by. We had just hiked for three days, so we enjoyed relaxing on the large front porch. Check in and check out were easy. It was exactly what we were looking for.
