Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this Destin Seafarer second floor unit featuring 1 bedroom with king size bed and 1 bath, washer and dryer in the condo, hallway bunk beds, queen sleeper sofa, free WIFI, fully equipped updated kitchen and living/dining room that offers a private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. Play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Reviewer Comments: Shower was in poor condition, microwave needs to be replaced, not enough room for toilet between sink and shower, luckily are small people but it was a snug fit. We did love the balcony and view. We usually stay at Destin Beach Club but they were full. Beach was great also.

The ice maker was replaced. The refrigerator leaks water inside. The microwave turntable did not fit microwave. The remote would not change channels from sofa. You had to stand right in front of TV. Toilet paper roller should be relocated. The stay was overall perfect!

Plenty of on site fre parking. Apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed, plenty of space, comfy bed and views! We were a walk in and Jennifer ar the office was a delight, couldn't have been more helpful. If we're in the area again would definitely stay here again.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Unit 103 could use a couple larger tv screens and the bathroom is small but overall it was nicely decorated and very well stocked. we will be back soon!

Need to make sure to bring extra toilet paper, dish soap and trash bags. Construction was taking place and we were aware but coordination between PM and contractor wasn’t great.

Reviewer Comments: Destin is a very beautiful city, but our condo was unfortunately very disappointing. This unit needs a major make over and updated horribly, besides the fact the garbage disposal broke and the electrical sockets coming out of the wall, along with the freezer having a rusty rack and the kitchen sink from 1970 needing replace, I can honestly say I will not ever stay in this unit again.
