Where every hour is Happy Hour! This beautifully furnished 1430 sq ft condo offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoy sweeping views of the sugar white beaches of the Emerald coast from the spacious sixth-floor balcony. When not on the beach relax in the living room with large floor to ceiling sliding doors, a queen sleeper sofa, high-end furnishings, high speed WiFi and 60 inch tv. The large well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and plenty of prep space for all of your culinary needs. A separate ice maker in the wet bar is just waiting to add that chill to your cocktail while you watch the sun descend on your relaxing day. The spacious master suite features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a luxurious spa-like atmosphere and 55 inch TV. The guest accommodation has two queen size beds, en-suite bathroom and TV. Additional amenities include a pool, with a children’s slide and water spouts, outdoor seating, BBQ’s and fitness center. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this condo is the perfect destination come and relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine and ocean breeze from this exclusive beachfront property. Two beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the rental (March 1 through the Sunday after Thanksgiving). There is also covered reserved parking for one vehicle. This condo is non-smoking. I love this location and being able to walk to the Back Porch is a plus. Condo had everything I needed, although I didn’t cook much. Amazing view and loved the patio furniture. I pick units for the outdoor furniture since I’m out there so much. Only thing I would prefer is a key pad for the doors vs a key. I didn’t like having to worry about having a key anytime I left. Would definitely come back.

The view of the Emerald Coast is amazing! This building has the best view of the beach & gulf with huge windows and the best balcony. The unit was spacious, clean & well decorated. It had everything we needed for eating in. We loved the beach and pool too. We walked to many activities and didn’t miss a BackPorch happy hour! We hope to stay here again.

This place has an AMAZING VIEW! Great communication with an easy check in process. I’m a clean, neat, and organized person and this place met my expectations. Lots of activities and restaurants within walking distance. If you haven’t booked this place it’s a must! Thank you, this RN needed some relaxation on the beach. 😊

The private pristine beach was amazing! The chair service felt beyond luxurious. I cannot wait to return!

Amazing stay!

This property is huge, clean, and came with all the kitchen space and utensils/equipment we needed so that we could eat in when we didn’t feel like walking down the beach to the restaurant that’s within walking distance. Our favorite part was the enormous balcony with sliding glass pocket doors across the entire front of the space. Chair rental is included, reserved so you don’t have to rush down to the beach to “claim” a spot, and lined up in a single row instead of several rows deep (no sitting behind other chairs if you don’t get down there early enough!). We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Destin!

Reviewer Comments: This is approximately the 11th or 12th year we have stayed at Destin Gulfgate and truthfully I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Destin. Each condo I have stayed in has been clean, roomy and comfortable. This year was the first time with grandbabies and it was wonderful. They had plenty of room to crawl and walk around. We love the employees and all the accomadations that Destin Gulfgate has to offer and with a 3 year old, 18 month that has just learned to walk and an 8 month old the zero entry, kid friendly pool was amazing. We love everything about Destin Gulfgate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was amazing form the moment we walked in. The entire place was extremely clean and Even smelled clean. We came in after the office was closed but they left us a key in the lock box. Tons of carts for luggage and grocery shopping available by the front doors. There are two elevators and they both work rather quickly. The beach was huge and open. There was a lot of seaweed all over Destin beach so not something the Gulfgate could really help unless they could rake some away. Overall our stay was wonderful and we definitely want to come back to the Gulfgate.
