40 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
There are 2 bedrooms, Master is complete with a Queen size sleep number mattress, has walk-in closet and on-suite. Second bedroom has a double bed. This home features a unique layout with complete privacy, as none of the bedrooms share common walls. Includes Flat screen TV in main living area, Master suite and 2nd bedroom. All appliances including washer/dryer, hand mixer, crock pot etc.
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood fabulously private location, very unusual for Sun City Grand AZ. Close to Cimarron Center and four golf courses, minutes from shopping, restaurants, freeways and more. Visit Lake Pleasant just 40 minutes away or White Tank Mountain 20 minutes to the West.

Quiet Sun City Grand location

Home was exactly as advertised. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Home had everything we needed for a seven week stay. The owner was very organized and checked with us to be sure we had what we needed. Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed this home and our walks on the many paths nearby. Location is wonderful with view of the mountains and short drive to stores and restaurants. The kitchen was exceptionally stocked with great cookware etc.

Great location, private, quiet lot.

We enjoyed the home very much. Comfortable home in quiet location, with private yard. With the heat this April the pool was well used. I would recommend this rental.

This is a beautiful home inside and out, a peaceful, quiet retreat in a bustling area.

House is comfortable and spacious, decor is exquisite, gourmet kitchen, lovely master suite (great bed), the pool and patio and view beyond are extraordinarily open and natural. Neighbors on both sides friendly, yet private. Our managing hosts are a delightful, helpful couple. We hope to come back!
