Very spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom park model home located in the heart of Happy Trails Resort, a 55+ Community.
All utilities are included in the rental price. All the linens and towels are provided as well as all the kitchen essentials.
In the home, there is 1 large bedroom with a queen size bed as well as one bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Kitchen has a refrigerator and stove/oven as well as lots of cabinet space. TV is a smart tv and has Cox cable channels included. There’s plenty of room outside to entertain with a large shaded sitting area with outdoor furniture. There is also a casita outside where the washer and dryer are located. You also have access to the golf cart located on the property during your stay! Owners also recently added WIFI to the unit! You’ll definitely enjoy your time spent at this property!
