Two Bedrooms Two full private baths with tub and shower. Plus a 1/2 guest bathroom. Living room and seperate den/study rooms. Large kitchen with gas cooktop. Dinning room and eat-in kitchen.

My wife and I are active adults in the resort. She enjoys fitness classes, pickleball, bocee,
swimming and playing mahjohn. I play tournament level pickleball, softball, golf, water volleyball and enjoy riding my bike and tooling in the wood shop. We will be happy to welcome you to our resort.

Why they chose this property

The house is listed for sale for $750,000. It is well maintained to say the least. We will sell it after this winter. We recently upgraded within the community. You would be our first tenants. Please treat it as your own. We certainly loved living here.

What makes this property unique

We are only 12 miles to State Farm staduim. Home of the Cardinals and Superbowl 2023. We are 5 miles to the spring training facility for the KC Royals and Houston Astros
