Villino Crisalì is a 6-bed vacation home located just 200 meters from the sea in San Foca and close to all major services.
The lovely apartment is well equipped, with air conditioning in the hallway, wi-fi internet, smart TV, induction cooktop, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV, mosquito nets on doors and windows.
The house is on the second floor, with parking inside the property. Pets are allowed.

The vacation house is part of a complex of terraced houses. It is introduced by a courtyard shaded by wooden canopy, equipped with table and chairs, a space that you can also use as indoor parking.
Here in the courtyard there is 1 bathroom complete with shower stall and washing machine, very useful when returning from the beaches.
The apartment is developed on the second floor, reached by stairs from the courtyard. A well-shaded veranda, furnished with a small table and chairs, as well as a sink, introduces the interior.
The entrance is into the living room, furnished with 1 ready bed, dining room and modern open kitchen equipped with induction cooktop and dishwasher. The air-conditioned hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of: 1 double bedroom with access to the balcony; 1 triple bedroom with 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed and 1 full shower room.
Mosquito nets are present on doors and windows. Air conditioning is in the hallway.
Villino Crisalì guarantees a vacation under the banner of tranquility and relaxation, while still being within walking distance of the sea and the city center.

Villino Crisalì is located in the center of San Foca, beautiful marina of Melendugno famous for its equipped beaches, its crystal clear sea, and with all services at hand.
The house is very close to the beach and the marina. The location is strategic because it allows you to reach in a few minutes walk the center, the promenade, the shopping streets and all services.
The nearest beach is Lido Li Marangi less than 200 meters away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 41 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
