'recently renovated apartment located in a medieval village between Siena and Castellina in Chianti Località Fonterutoli. Ideal for visiting Chianti and the cities of Siena and Florence with all its particular and beautiful villages.
The apartment located on the ground floor with independent entrance through a private courtyard where you can have lunch and relax on comfortable armchairs.
inside we will find a kitchen living room complete with all accessories with 3-seater sofa and smart TV and working wood fireplace.
the bedroom with king size bed complete linen, finally the bathroom with shower.
all rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
In the village a few meters away you will find a bar, a grocery store, a wine shop and a restaurant.
parking is available along the road in front of the apartment.
