Welcome to Lilly Rose our comfortable 2 bedroom apartment situated in the market town of Bedlington. The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard. There is a handy selection of shops, takeaways and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Newcastle city centre is only a 30 minute drive and the beautiful Northumberland coast is only 10 minutes away, making this the perfect location for those working in the area or for holiday makers looking to explore Northumberland.

In the first bedroom, you will find a super king bed which can be split to 2 singles. This is on the ground floor facing onto the front garden.
In the second bedroom, there is a single bed. This bedroom is also on the ground floor facing the back garden.
All comfy and relaxing, a fantastic night's sleep is guaranteed at Lilly Rose.
The family bathroom, located to the rear of the property on the ground floor, has a bathtub with an overhead shower, Wc.
With super fast fibre Wi-Fi included and flat screen Smart tv in our cosy living room a lovely place to unwind and relax after a fun filled day. With a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating space, the living area is perfect for relaxing. Kick back with your loved ones and relax after a busy day exploring the area.
If you want to catch the summer sun, retreat to the outside backyard. Outside you’ll find a private rear garden with outdoor furniture and seating for all guests. Perfect for al fresco dining and unwinding in the sunshine, this outside space also boasts outside lighting so the outdoor space is a real added bonus!

There's also an abundance of market towns to visit in the area, namely Morpeth, Alnwick, Hexham and the historic village of Warkworth with its castle ruin and home made ice cream shop/cafe, Morwicks. Craster (famous for smoking kippers) and Dunstanburgh beach and castle are less than an hour's drive. Hadrian's Wall at Hexham and Segedunum at Wallsend visitor attractions.
Metro Centre for mall indoor shopping is a 20 minute drive and Newcastle city centre the same distance by car and the local bus route/stop is just a few strides from the house. The sweeping bay stretches for one mile, with Church Point at one end; the perfect place for spotting the dolphins that are now regular visitors here. The Maritime Centre has a museum containing the fishing coble 'girl Anne' along with Newbiggin's last all weather lifeboat. It is also home to the Breakwater Café, serving local food and overlooking the bay. The Uk's oldest operational lifeboat station is close by. Along the promenade there are many benches to rest and view the iconic Sean Henry Couple sculpture which sits out in the bay. For the golfers, Newbiggin also has its very own 18 hole Links course.
Woodhorn Museum brings to life Northumberland's proud mining heritage. It has regular events and is home to the art collection by the famous Ashington Group also known as the Pitmen Painters.
Close by, the Queen Elizabeth Ii Country Park offers a stunning area for dog walking, windsurfing, canoeing or fishing. Water enthusiasts can also dip in the sea and paddle board. Wetsuits and paddle boards can be hired at Newbiggin Surf Company. If you prefer surfing and bodyboarding this is very popular in nearby Blyth.
