L’appartement a vraiment besoin d’ĂȘtre rĂ©nove . Tout est vieillissant,beaucoup de chose Ă©tait Ă  changer le store extĂ©rieur , chaises du salon extĂ©rieur cassĂ© l’abattant wc, frigo qui va pas tardĂ© Ă  lĂąchĂ© tellement il chauffe ,la literie est aussi Ă  changer bref du renouveau est vraiment nĂ©cessaire.pas de Clim
et avec la canicule qui faisait nous n’avons pas pu ouvrir le fenĂȘtres qui donnaient sur la rue car elle n’était pas Ă©quipĂ© de grilles de sĂ©curitĂ©. L’emplacement de l’appartement est unique avec sa proximitĂ© Ă  la plage . La vue est splendide .c’est vraiment dommage de laisser un tel appartement dans cet Ă©tat !!!avis mitigĂ© par la vĂ©tustĂ© des Ă©quipements

location canyelles

trÚs bien situé, attention car beaucoup de bruit la nuit et par chance la Bodéga juste en dessous fermé cause covid, sinon rien a dire sur la situation de l'appartement. La propriétaire devrait faire quelques travaux, car les volets roulants ne ferme plus et la porte fenÚtre de la chambre ne ferme pas. Cela ne nous a pas empécher de passer une bonne semaine.
