The apartment setting was great. There were some very unfortunate miscommunications with the owner that left me very perplexed. The apartment had not been cleaned and the owner responded quickly to remedy that situation and refund my cleaning bill but it meant we could not enter until 6 pm not 4. The offer to hold our luggage was somewhat of an empty offer as well. I would recommend that their owner’s correspond be much more informative to the guests. They have a some bad karma.
Bedding for previous tenant.
Dirty towels not cleaned.
Dirty linens not refreshed.
