The Aegean Bay, located in one of the most beautiful seaside coasts of Syracuse.
The villa is located in Fontane Bianche, a few kilometers from Syracuse, in one of the most beautiful seaside areas of the capital's coast.
It consists downstairs of a large open plan kitchen/living room and bathroom.
An upper floor overlooking the sea, a bathroom and a large totally open reading room.
Outside, large livable verandas, brick kitchen with barbecue and garden with nature shower.
Only 200 meters from the charming bay of crystal clear water and following other coves, which you can easily reach on foot.
The area is well served, walking summer supermarket stores pizzeria restaurants and ice cream parlor, everything you may need for an unforgettable vacation.
In addition, for those who love the beach may well go to the white sand beaches, typical of the area.
*At arrival or a few days before arrival may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.
