Just 900m from Padstow's Harbour which enjoys a selection of traditional Pubs, various Restaurants,  Cafes and shops.  Setters Rest also enjoys views to the beautiful Camel Estuary and closely situated to the Camel Trail which is idyllic for a wander and wildlife spotting along the river.

This lovely two bedroom Holiday Home provides all the comforts you could possibly need for a self catering stay even a Nespresso coffee machine!
Bed linen & towels, Parking space, large rear private decked space and PETS are welcome.

Standard Changeover day is FRIDAY - Short Break stays are welcome.

Ground floor entrance via front door into:

Entrance Hall with coat hooks

Door into the Open Plan Living space

Living room – with 2 x 2 seater comfortable leather sofas, Smart TV and DVD player, electric wall mounted fire. Side tables and wall lighting, USB charging points and sockets.
Dining area – round dining table with 4 chairs

Kitchen area – well equipped for a self-catering stay with washer dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, combi-microwave oven, Neff electric oven, electric hob, under counter fridge with freezer compartment. Tea towels are provided

Stairs lead to first floor - Both bedrooms and Family Bathroom

Double Bedroom – double bed with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, tub chair, clothes hanging hooks to bedroom door.

Twin Bedroom – 2 x 3ft single beds – Bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers. Clothes hanging hooks to bedroom door. Views to Padstow Monument.

Family Bathroom - WC, wash hand basin with vanity unit under and feature vanity mirror with lights. Bath with electric shower over and ladder rack electric towel rail. Hand towel provided.

OUTSIDE

Large decked Rear Patio - elevated decking to maximise the glorious estuary views. Picnic table bench seating.

Pets - maximum two pets are welcomed by prior arrangement. Extra charges apply for longer stays.

Parking - Allocated parking to the front of the property for one vehicle.

Bed Linens and a Bath Towel per guest is provided.

Fab house peaceful location

Lovely house great location for Padstow town. Spacious downstairs area , very well equipped and maintained. Garden has wonderful views- will definitely go back .

Nice & Clean - good location

Ideal property for families with view over estruary. Very clean with all amenities available. Ideal for dogs as rear garden is enclosed 10-12 min walk into Padstow Harbour. Parking right outside. Only minor observation: mid terraced property so not always very private if sitting on decking out the back (Decking could do with painting / staining).
