This stylish and welcoming 65m² one-bedroom apartment in Aveiro offers the perfect retreat for couples or small families in search of a memorable stay. The property is located on the 2nd floor and accessible by lift.

Thoughtfully designed with an open floor plan, the space combines comfort and functionality. The living area features a cosy single sofa bed, a flat-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table that seats four—ideal for shared meals or planning your day’s adventures. Step out onto the private balcony, a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh Aveiro air.

The kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, and all essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also includes ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs during longer stays.

The serene bedroom features a comfortable double bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom is stocked with all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries, making your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the heart of Aveiro, the property offers a prime spot to explore the city’s most iconic attractions. Just a short stroll away, you can embark on a traditional moliceiro boat tour along Aveiro’s picturesque canals, one of the city’s most unique and charming experiences.

Nearby, the Museu de Aveiro, housed in a former convent, showcases a rich collection of religious art and is home to the tomb of Princess Saint Joana. The area is also celebrated for its stunning Art Nouveau architecture, with several beautifully preserved buildings adding character to the surrounding streets.

For dining, guests are spoiled for choice. Churrasqueira do Mercado is a local favourite known for its delicious grilled dishes, while Adega Tia Micas offers authentic Portuguese cuisine in a welcoming and traditional setting. For a more relaxed atmosphere, Maria Lounge Bar provides a trendy space to enjoy drinks and light bites.

Thanks to its central location, the property is well-connected by public transportation, with the Aveiro train station just a short distance away, offering easy access to other destinations across Portugal.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
