Located on the third floor of a historic building with elevator, this stylish 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment has been recently refurbished with a keen eye for design and comfort. The warm tones throughout create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.



The apartment comfortably sleeps six and features:

A bright living area with a double sofa bed and access to a balcony, seamlessly connected to a modern, fully equipped kitchen.

A master bedroom with a queen-size bed and ample wardrobe space.

A second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed.

A spacious main bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

A second smaller bathroom with only a sink, located near the entrance.



Amenities include air conditioning throughout, flat-screen TV, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, and a complete kitchen setup with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, kettle, and more.



Note: The apartment is connected to a centralized heating and AC system managed by the building. Typically, heating is turned off around mid-April and AC is activated around mid-June, as per building policy.

Great apartment

We had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. The location is great, with easy access to plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Great Location and Comfortable

The location is excellent. The apartment met our needs and was comfortable. Regrettably we had an issue with closing a balcony door and then with internet and cell service inside the building. Management worked with us to correct these issues. The cooking utensils were limited; maybe a result of misuse by prior renters.

Beautiful apartment in very nice building

Apartment was beautiful and only 15 minutes from train station and less than 10 to Academia. Only complaint was place was not ready at 3pm check in time. Cleaner was still there. Greeter allowed us to drop off our bags but asked us to leave and come back later without apology. After long travel day, check in did not meet expectations but rest of stay exceeded them. Would still recommend highly

The property is in an amazing location, spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Communicating with the mgmt was easy and smooth. Issues- no AC as stated, apparently it was “broken” in our unit, although the building and other units all had air. June in Florence is sweltering. There was a “hidden secret drawer” (mgmt’s exact words after multiple emails) with all kitchen utensils. This was not explained or shown to us during check in- they did explain everything else about the property and area so this was odd. We were not able to utilize the kitchen as we usually do during a vrbo stay so that meant we had to eat out every meal. We rent vrbo because we want to prepare our own meals to cut down on costs which wasn’t possible here. We asked for fans since the AC was not working and was told there was 3 in our unit when there was only 2, they said they had no more available, sleeping was uncomfortable in the heat. We powered thru but would have preferred the amenities as listed in the description

Its a sweat lodge!

The property itself was in a good location and was in good condition. Unfortunately the three AC units there were fan only use and provided no cooling. I think this is why they had two extra floor fans but provided little relief as the temperature for the days we were there were very hot. Our vrbo contact did not respond back to our AC issues the first night and the second day in the unit the owner responded in the VRBO app that someone would be coming but no one came. When we returned from a long day of site seeing the unit was still very hot. We attempted to reach out again to the greeter, through text, VRBO messaging, calling the number listed with no success. Our greeter finally texted back to say that someone would come out the following morning which was of no help to us as we were checking out that morning and it said he had silenced his messages! It was unfortunate that this happened because had the AC been working our stay would have been great there:/ If you stay here make sure the AC unit is in working before the greeter leaves.

Hello Mary, we are sorry for the miscommunication, but we told you that your greeter could help ONLY on the day of your arrival to arrange a time, for anything else you should have contacted me via email or message on VRBO. In relation to the AC, this is a building centralised system. There was indeed an issue that lasted for less than 48 hours, completely out of my hands. It happened on a Saturday night, making everything more difficult.
