Cosy cottage in a village near Abergavenny at the gateway to the Brecon Beacons
Nicely converted farm building located in the village of Gilwern near Abergavenny, just a short walk from the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal. Abergavenny snd Crickhowell are 2 nearby towns within 3 miles away. It is also situated on the edge of the Brecon Beacons, a national park known for its beautiful scenery and outdoor activities.
The cottage is a single-storey, pet free property perfect for small families. With an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with Smart TV and wood burner (logs provided).
The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need to prepare a homecooked meal, with a wooden dining table seating all four guests. Off the hallway, you will find the bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, and the other bedroom with twin beds. The main bathroom, with its excellent shower and bath, completes the interior of the property.
Outside is an enclosed patio area with seating, BBQ and views of the orchard.
Private River Fishing in the grounds permits available from the owners for the duration of your stay Guests are required to provide their River fishing licence
